I got a cooking setup and a chicken holder for my kamado-style grill, and they showed up in just a few days. The cooking system seems to be of solid quality and fits like a glove. I've already tried out the chicken holder and it worked wonders. Definitely recommend it!

Delivery was super fast and set up for a time that worked for me. Sadly, like others have pointed out, the cover was not included. However, a quick phone call and everything was taken care of right away. I haven't had the opportunity to use it completely yet, but it seems to be really well made.

I got the wrong item sent my way. I needed a large pizza stone - ordered one, but instead, a tiny pizza stone for a hobbit showed up, and they didn’t even suggest a replacement.

This really bummed me out today; my whole village is laughing at me now. Not a great time at all.

I just got my 26" kamado, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the quality and the speed of the delivery.

Delivery was super quick, and they responded fast when one item didn’t show up. It arrived two days later because the couriers misplaced it. The products are top-notch, and I’ll definitely be using them again.

I haven't fired up the grill yet, but it looks like a solid piece of gear. Putting it together was a breeze with the straightforward instructions and the tools that came with it. This thing is pretty hefty, so we had to get two folks to hoist it onto the platform we built. One thing to note, though: the outdoor cover didn't show up with the rest of the stuff, but they assured me it’ll be here in a couple of days.

I was really let down right after I put it together. First off, I noticed the paint was cracking, but I figured as long as it stays on and doesn’t peel, it’s fine. Then, I found out the bottom of the kamado isn’t level, which makes the firebox wobble around. Plus, the firebox ring isn’t even shaped right. After a month of using it, I saw that the lower charcoal grate had cracked. I reached out to the warranty folks and explained the issues with my Kamado, but they just said it wasn’t a cooking problem and wouldn’t do anything about it. Spending £600 on a barbecue, I expected way better quality and customer service. Honestly, I’m just gonna toss this junk and get a different kamado that’s actually worth my money.

I picked up the 24-inch grill in red and I'm really happy with my buy. Haven't had the opportunity to fire it up yet, but it definitely seems like a solid piece of equipment.
